You don't want to be the eyes when your lost in focus.
You won't appear alive when you're best-off dead.
You can't move to compromise when you're bound with burden.
You won't beg to be revived.
Will you fall as you climb up the ladder?
You're so unsatisfied but can't say goodbye.

Ungrateful curse: we bleed desire.

The misusage gets you higher.
It's a vice you can't control as the drug becomes the driver, in you.
We seed the codependent.
We watch the life decay.
We mind the threat on promise.
We wane the time away.
